Jose Ayala

After starting his brewing career in his native Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Brew Master Jose Ayala is proud to come back to the Caribbean after over 30 years brewing high quality craft beers in the United States at leading craft breweries like Boston Beer Company, maker of Samuel Adams beers and Florida Beer Company. Jose’s focus on excellence has been shaped by his great experience in formulating and creating a variety of award winningbeer recipes.
His comprehensive technical background is supported by his Brewing Technology training at the Siebel Institute and his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo.
